When you book your cleaning appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Your appointments are very important to us, but we understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. In order to be respectful to our time and our other clients, please cancel your appointment as soon you know that you cannot commit to your scheduled appointment. This will allow other potential clients to book our services.
A late cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will have to charge the client a $50 late cancellation/no show fee. Your balance will be refunded to you minus the $50 late fee.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services

If you need to cancel your appointment, in order to avoid cancellation/no show fees, please call us at 713-548-4644 or through our BOOKING APP 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
