HOW TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
You can call us at 713-548-4644 to cancel, but if you would like to manage your own appointments, you can do so on our website.
We are doing our very best to get organized and automate our scheduling system. We have also implemented a new CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY. Please read them below.
Below are two ways to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
1. DOWNLOAD THE WIX APP for the easiest way
2. Or Login to your ACCOUNT and follow the instructions below.
Once you go to the BOOKING TAB, you will have to become a MEMBER. Becoming a MEMBER is the only way that you can CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE your appointments.
Once you become a MEMBER, you will have an ACCOUNT that you can log in to.
You will be able to MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS, VIEW UPCOMING BOOKINGS as well as view your PAST BOOKINGS.
Each of the UPCOMING BOOKINGS has a RESCHEDULE and CANCEL OPTION so that you can make changes.

NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance.
NEED TO CANCEL?
If you would like to cancel services, you must cancel within 6 hours.
If you do not cancel /reschedule your appointment within 6 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be issued. We have alot of last minute cancellations and arrive to your home and no one is there. We are hoping that this will help to alleviate this issue. Thank you for understanding.
